This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside our main Terms. Please review this policy carefully when purchasing our products, as it applies to any order placed with us.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS

We partner with multiple courier services for deliveries across Pakistan.

Standard Shipping

Please note that all delivery times and dates are estimates and may vary.

ADVANCE PAYMENT POLICY

For orders above PKR 19000 an advance payment is required. After confirming the order, our team will provide account details for payment. The order will be dispatched only when the payment is made, and confirmation receipt of payment is provided.

Customers who have previously canceled, rejected, or refused delivery may be required to pay PKR 300 charge for the delivery of their previous order also the present order pament will have to be made in advance via bank deposit .

Payment for all clearance items will have to be done in advance via bank transfer 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. Third-party courier services handle all deliveries and will follow their schedules; specific time slots cannot be requested. Orders placed on Sundays or Pakistani national holidays will be processed and shipped the next working day.
