Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside our main Terms. Please review this policy carefully when purchasing our products, as it applies to any order placed with us.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS

We partner with multiple courier services for deliveries across Pakistan.

Standard Shipping

  • Shipping Method: Standard (3–5 Business Days)

  • Online/Advance Payment: Free Shipping

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): PKR 200 Shipping Fee

Please note that all delivery times and dates are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service, location, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

EXCHANGE & REPLACEMENT POLICY

We accept exchanges or replacements only in the following circumstances:

  • The customer receives an incorrect item/product.

  • The product is damaged during transit.

Any claim for an incorrect or damaged product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Claim

To request an exchange or replacement, customers must contact our WhatsApp Support at +92 349 9597753 as soon as possible and provide:

  • Clear photos of the parcel/package.

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.

  • An unboxing video, if available, showing the condition of the parcel and product upon opening.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging, with all original safety seals intact, where applicable.

We reserve the right to review the provided photos/videos before approving an exchange or replacement.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS & REQUESTS

Due to strict hygiene and product-safety standards:

  • Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Products with broken, removed, or tampered safety seals are not eligible for return or exchange unless the issue was caused during transit.

  • Change-of-mind requests are not eligible for return or refund.

ADVANCE PAYMENT POLICY

For orders above PKR 19,000, advance payment is required.

After confirming the order, our team will provide the necessary account details for payment. The order will be dispatched only after the payment has been received and the customer provides confirmation/receipt of payment.

Customers who have previously canceled, rejected, or refused delivery may be required to pay a PKR 300 charge for the delivery expenses of their previous order. In such cases, payment for the present order will also be required in advance via bank deposit/transfer before the order is dispatched.

Clearance Items

Payment for all clearance items must be made in advance via bank transfer. Clearance items are subject to their applicable sale/clearance terms and are not eligible for return due to change of mind.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

  • Third-party courier services handle all deliveries and will follow their own delivery schedules.

  • Specific delivery time slots cannot be requested.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or Pakistani national holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location and courier availability.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Customers are advised to inspect the parcel and product carefully upon delivery. If the parcel or product appears damaged, please take clear photos/videos and contact our WhatsApp Support at +92 349 9597753 within 48 hours of delivery so that the matter can be reviewed promptly.
